Ken has been an attorney since 1984\, and in practice in Westlake Village since 1998. He is an Estate Planning\, Probate & Trust Law Specialist Certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Ken has decades of experience in helping people negotiate the maze of personal\, emotional\, business and legal issues that arise as people age and die. Ken has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal\, the Pacific Coast Business Times\, and other papers\, has been interviewed by Fox Business News\, regularly teaches continuing education for Certified Public Accountants\, and has had numerous articles published in legal periodicals. Ken is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and the Duke University School of Law. \n\n\n\n\n\n  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n

It was developed in England over 100 years ago by F.M. Alexander. In this class Shula will gently guide you to remove unnecessary muscular tension while observing specific imbalance when sitting\, standing\, walking\, and lying down on the mat in the Active Rest position. Please find a quiet space where you can place the mat\, witha soft-cover book for support under the head.  \n\n\n\nAbout the Presenter: \n\n\n\nShula Sendowski graduated from the Alexander Training Institute of L.A. in 1991. Fascinated by this work she continues to teach\, and learn\, deepening her understanding of the Alexander Technique concepts\, taking continuing education classes. She maintains a non-related M.A. and her essays were published in Am SAT News & Am SAT Journal. Since Covid – Shula teaches individuals and groups both in-person and on-line. She has worked in the Calabasas Senior Center\, in the National Holistic Institute\, Encino\, and has taught in other centers as well. Twice a year she’s with the Cancer Support Community\, Valley/Ventura/Santa Barbara. \n\n\n\n\n\n  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n
