Attendees will understand the significance of maintaining good nutrition throughout and post-treatment. The session will cover how balanced nutrition contributes to recovery and overall well-being\, emphasizing the incorporation of nutrient-rich foods. Additionally\, we will delve into the connection between sugar and cancer. \n\n\n\n\n\nAbout the Presenter: \n\n\nBecky Sugawara\, MPPD\, RD\, received her BS in Dietetics at Brigham Young University\, interned for her license in the Greater Nashville\, TN area\, and received her Master’s (of Professional Practice in Dietetics) through Iowa State University. She has been working at Los Robles since 2019 and spent time counseling one-on-one cancer patients through Los Robles’ outpatient nutrition clinic. Originally from New Jersey\, Becky now resides in Ventura County. When Becky doesn’t work\, she enjoys excursions with her active two-year-old boy and husband in their community and in the Los Angeles area. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n
