Workshop Description:
Reiki is an energy healing technique based on the belief that life force energy flows through all living things and that when this energy is blocked or stagnant, it can lead to physical, emotional, and spiritual imbalances. Reiki aims to unblock and balance the energy within the body, allowing the participant to experience a sense of relaxation and wellbeing.
Join us as Reiki Master Jeannie gives an introduction of Reiki’s origins before demonstrating her techniques as a group. She will use gentle hand movements by hovering over you to channel the flow of life force energy throughout your body, aiming to alleviate stress and promote healing. Wear comfortable clothes and bring water. See you there!
About the Presenter:
Jeannie Rabin is a Reiki Master conducting Reiki Nights, Body Scanning, and Chakra Balancing in Santa Rosa Valley.
