Workshop Description:

Join us for a comprehensive workshop on chemotherapy treatment and side effect management. This workshop is designed to provide attendees with practical tools to help manage the side effects of chemotherapy, and empower them to confidently navigate their cancer journey. Our goal is to help participants feel knowledgeable, resilient, and in control of their health and well-being. Don’t miss out on this transformative experience! Participants will also receive a booklet on coping with side effects.

About the Presenter:

Virpal Gill, MD is a board-certified Family Medicine Physician currently doing a fellowship in Hospice and Palliative care at City of Hope and working per diem as a Primary Care Physician with Optum.

Houman Badrzadeh, DO is a board-certified Internal Medicine Physician and is currently a fellow physician in the Department of Supportive Care Medicine at the City of Hope, subspecializing in pain, palliative, and hospice care medicine.
