About the Presenters:
Deidre S. Frye, RN,BSN,DPCS
Deidre S Frye has been in the healthcare industry and management for 10 years. She is currently Director of Patient Care Services at Buena Vista Home Health, Palliative Care & Hospice. Before moving into the specialty of cardiac/stroke, Deidre specialized in establishing policy and procedures to ensure the success of new healthcare clinics. Deidre uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work to the top of their scope and abilities.
Susan Coert
Susan Coert is the Executive Director at Buena Vista Home Health, Palliative Care & Hospice. Susan’s experience in home health and hospice began many years ago on a very personal level, as she cared for her mother and several other family members at the ends of their lives. From working with low income seniors to dementia and Alzheimer’s patients and their loved ones, Susan has a developed a deep knowledge of the entire care continuum.
